Mia shot my son’s 3rd birthday party and did a wonderful job of capturing the afternoon. She took the time beforehand to understand what I was after, was punctual on the day and  did her best to capture the various activities happening simultaneously. I found Mia through a Facebook ad when I was looking for some headshots for my business. She responded immediately, and we had a discovery call the next day where she listened to my needs and we set up the shoot at my house.

It was a pleasure to meet Mia and have her at my home for the morning of the shoot. She was pleasant, easy going and professional and directed me for the shots with some fantastic creative ideas so we actually captured shots and footage for other uses as well as the headshots I required.

After the shoot my images were edited and seny very quickly as I needed the headshots more urgently, and I was so happy with the results. Lovely professional shots as well as lifestyle shots we created on the day.. and they will be so useful for future business marketing etc.

We had the best afternoon at Queen’s Park with Mia! She was so friendly and easy-going that the whole session felt less like a photoshoot and more like a fun family day out.

She was amazing with our 2.5-year-old, keeping everything super relaxed, which meant we got some truly lovely, natural photos to document this sweet chapter of our lives. We were also blown away by how speedy she was at getting our gallery back to us!

Mia was a wonderful photographer who took snaps of me, my husband and newborn son  (5 months) at our home. She made me feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera - not an easy feat for a new mum who is still adjusting to how she looks and feels in herself on very little sleep! She had lovely ideas of where we could take photos and set ups which felt really natural and normal for our family. She was a real joy to work with, no awkward poses or moments at all. The main thing is the photographs are absolutely stunning - she took individual ones with me and my husband, as well as the three of us together and our son solo. The pictures are gorgeous, and really capture us all in a beautiful way. She then delivered a huge gallery of images really promptly, so we had the edited photographs within days of doing the shoot. I would definitely recommend her to friends and look forward to working with her again in future.
